AUTUMN NIGHTS This is a version of a raccoon call lure I’ve been using for close to 20 years. Produces a burning sweet and sour odor that you can rely on to get a raccoon’s attention. I always recommend using an edible bait in conjunction with lure when trapping raccoon as I’ve found that due to the gluttonous nature of ‘coon, they simply work sets longer and harder if there is a promise of a meal. Use approximately 12 drops and renew weekly or after a heavy rain. Apply to the side of a dogproof trap or inside the hole, pocket, or cubby with traditional raccoon sets made with foothold traps.
